AAT Tutor with CIMA Certificate

Hi there,
My girlfriend has AAT Level 2 and is looking to do CIMA Certificate (and possibly higher) qualifications.
She also potentially want to tutor AAT in the future.
Does she need to have AAT Level 4 to tutor AAT or will having CIMA Certificate or above be enough for this?
