Exam registeration issue

Hello,

I have gained MAAT status last year around march/April 2018.

I was this year between February 2019 and March 2019 studying towards my business tax exam, I've paid to sit my exam with BPP and I have been told they are unable to find me in their system as registered with AAT.

I was told to contact AAT customer services, the gentlemen I spoke with stated 'I would have register under a new membership number just to sit any further exams'.

Is this true? As I wish to take personal tax and auditing in the near future.

Ideally, I would like the qualifications under my current AAT number.

    I'd suggest you talk with the customer support again and explain your concerns. In fact, it's their problem that they've lost your data
