Can anyone give me any tips in preparing to answer these questions. Whenever i get to them i do not know were to start, and what information to look for in the information provided.

Task 4 is really straight forward as you already have the budget that have been submitted and you will need to comment on that, and you will state obvious facts. You will need to integrate as much as numbers and percentages as you can, starting with the production volume/sales volume as any budget(for labor or material ) will be based on this. For example the production volume has increased with 12.5% and this you should be able to calculate from your data given
