Our client based in Scunthorpe are looking to recruit a BOOKKEEPER / PAYROLL CLERK, to join their team on a permanent contract.

Experience using Sage 50 required

Flexible – 22.5Hrs or 37.5hrs

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with weekly, four weekly and monthly payroll processing using Sage 50
  • Calculating holiday entitlements and statutory leave payments
  • To submit FPS’s, EPS’s and FPS adjustments to HMRC under RTI
  • To upload and publish payrolls, P45’s, P60’s and pension correspondence using Sage Online Services
  • To process and pay pension contributions
  • Advise clients of monthly and quarterly P32 liabilities (PAYE & NIC)
  • Process core records using a range of 3rd part software’s
  • Prepare sales ledger and purchase ledger balances
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Education
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks online
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages – including Excel
  • Experience
  • Experience within bookkeeping
  • Experience using Sage 50
