Hi,
I've got my exam on Friday and just trying to get my head around the writing tasks, can anyone tell me the calculation to work out sales volume budget increase the answer is 4% but i cannot remember the calculation.

Take the new volume and MINUS the old volume, then divide by the old volume.
so 198640 - 191000 / 191000 = 0.04, which is 4%.
You can check your answer (which is always best) by adding 4% to 191000.
