If I am going to undertake Bookkeeping work under my licence as a Consultant, do I still need a letter of engagement completed by the company to meet my licence policy?

Hi @DannyT90
Depending on the type of consultancy I would prepare a subcontractor agreement to set out your terms and conditions and scope of your engagement.
I had a similar query which I put to the AAT. They advised to seek legal advice to draw up the contract.0
