Letter to French tax authorities

Hello All,
My client has asked me to write a letter to French tax authorities to state their UK income. They also asked me to add their French address to that letter which they gave me.
Is there anything stopping me from writing the letter? If I obtain a proof of address in France (which I don't have, I only have UK address), can I add it to the letter?
Thanks,
Agata

Hi Agata
What is the purpose of the letter?
My main concern would be that you act as the UK accountant and your expertise is limited to UK tax.0
