What is best after Level 4? Considering University but unsure

I'm about to finish level 4, 2 exams left but synoptic is passed (phew). I'm a bit confused as to what to do next. Considering a university course as I don't want to keep studying part time on top of work. If anyone has any advice or details on what course is what, that would be really helpful!
