Naming of documents before uploading on Task 13

This may be a silly question but I recently sat my Using Accounting Software exam. When saving the documents the AAT assessment booklet said to use the evidence number - your name - AAT number. I started to panic abit as for task 1 & 2 I used one report to cover both evidence a & b. When I tried to upload it kept bringing up an error so I renamed the documents and took the '&' out and the hyphens, which them allowed me to save successfully. Do you think it will effect my mark because I didn't use hyphens and follow the instructions exactly how they were written down?
