UAS confused by results

I received my results for UAS assessment today and was very happy with my score of 98%. However, when I checked the feedback its left me a bit confused and disappointed. Out of the 13 questions i scored 10 met, 2 exceeded and 1 borderline.
I would have thought with such a high mark the majority of questions would have had a score of exceeded? Should I just be happy with the high score?

The assessment report says "For tasks worth less than ten marks, Met is the highest feedback descriptor that can be assigned"
So you probably still got 100% on those ones and only lost marks on that borderline question.0
