ive been told by other students that if i fail my mcv paper this time i will have to do all the new standards on which i passed is that true??<BR><BR>sarah <BR><BR>if any one has any past papers on pev or mcv please<BR><BR>sarahj@dingle.net

    MCV Help needed

    Have you tried to contact SandyHood?<BR>He often puts answers on here and runs revision days<BR>I went to one about a week ago where he gave out a book of past questions and then went through the key parts of each paper plus some other things he thinks are important.<BR><BR>He really knows this paper and is very helpful.<BR><BR>If I had a fax I'd send you the book, but he'd probably send you it by post if you asked.

    MCV Help needed

    Hi Wacko<BR><BR>The only papers that are transferable from old to new standards are MCV and PAR. If you have passed DF and both Tax devolved papers, would have to re-sit these under new standards. Although the standards have changed they didn't affect MCV or PAR.<BR><BR>The 2 tax papers are now exams, and not devolved. You will also need to do a top-up paper for health & safety and IT. The MAS project is slightly different aswell, so you may need to amend that.<BR><BR>I will send all the MCV papers I have to you now.<BR><BR>Good Luck.<BR>Claire
