Letter of engagment

As a licensed member im about to use the templates provided by AAT but as my services cover the bookkeeping all the way through to the tax returns do i combine the letters to cover all services? Issue 2 letters?
Also these templates do seem quite wordy when i compare the one i received from my previous accountant (he was ACCA).
Does anyone have an alternative?

    You normally issue one letter of engagement but enclose a "schedule of services" for each service.

    I've reduced the wording by posting the schedule of services, terms and conditions and privacy notice on our website, and just give clients the letter of engagement with the website links.
