2019 changes since 5th jan 2020

in Indirect Tax
Hi, is anybody Aware of what may have changed since 5th Jan. I have been sent out all new material to learn and can’t see what has actually changed. The new material is 2019 rather than 2018 and I need to revise the changes. If anyone could advise me that would be great, thanks
