Can anybody help me with the attached question? I just don’t get ABC!!!

a: 30000+20000+20000=70000/140000 Labour Hours : £0.50 Per Labour Hour
b:
ABC:
30000/2500= £12 per receipt
20000/10000=£2 per Mat Req
20000/2000=£10 per Despatch
c-1: Absorption: 15hours x £0.50 £7.50
c-2 ABC: (4x12)+(2x8)+(1x10)=£740
