How to account for IR35

I have a new client, started Ltd Company,using Xero, all fine so far, looking through her Xero account I can clearly see that she is IR35 but her client hasn't said anything. She has a meeting tomorrow to discuss. Will definitely be IR35 but my issue is I don't know how to prepare the accounts for IR35. Can anyone give me a step by step idea please? She takes her salary through PAYE so pays her tax and Ni monthly.
