Mostly all accounting CRMs offer the same functionalities and features depending on your requirements and necessities. From millions of CRMs online, I picked out three that caught my attention:
Zoho Books is great for organizing webinars, converting attendees to leads, and getting webinar reports. Its internal portal is great for your team to collaborate.
Keap easily set up appointments, track leads, and send quotes. It creates pre-built reminders, automated emails, and texts.
HubSpot is about pipeline management, prospect, deal tracking, and easy lead enrichment.

Haven’t used Accountancy Manager, but I’ve been happy with FreshBooks. Easy to use and great for small businesses!

I get where you're coming from with the CRM software search. It can be quite a task to find the right one that fits your needs. Have you ever considered monday.com? I've been using it for a while, and it's user-friendly. What's great about monday.com is that it's super flexible and can be customized to fit various workflows. It might be marketed as a project management tool, but it's also a powerhouse CRM. I work with a monday.com consultant who helped me set everything up. The consultant tailored the system specifically for my business needs. They were a huge help in getting everything running smoothly, and I learned a lot about how to use the software effectively.
