@aroonaz @Ducky96 @Kara @Fee2019 @fedemenni congratulations all, great feeling to get through this. I wasn't expecting, I was looking at the exam dates and was trying to understand how to go about booking with the current situation with lockdown etc. So very pleased with the results. All the best for next stage. Whatever you all decide to do next.2

@isephiri I got Fraud analysis in my exam, and wrote about things like cash security, potential for theft by employees and customers, staff training, is there anything not working as it should be? It does feel like repeating yourself sometimes in those sorts of questions, but if you are struggling keep re reading the information given and as said above consider whether you would be happy with the procedures described if you were in charge of that business.0

@fedemenni That's excellent now that you finished with the whole course. Out of all the exams I found MDCL and this paper difficult. Even though I passed MDCL first time around but I found that more tricky, this one PDSY I think first time I got panic with the whole layout and didn't know much what I'm expected. But glad we got through it, I really didn't had much energy to do another retake.
I work in local authority, so at the moment I'm taking a break but may start studying from next year towards CIPFA. It's similar to ACCA but specialised in public sector. I would like to do ACCA but my employer only fund CIPFA plus I work in Finance team so it makes sense I carry on with this.0 -
@matthew14 But what I normally does is just say Misappropriation of assets, corruption by employees, vendors etc, Fraudulent Financial Reporting but it seems not enough.0

@isephiri those are good points too but especially if regarding cash you can add in how it is kept ie is is banked every day or stored where? Who has access to it? Supervised? Because theft will lead to a false financial position which could be done for a reason. Are records computerised or done by hand - doctoring? Also Ruby Dale for example is looking to expand quickly so how will that affect procedures? I got 'met' with those sort of points0

@matthew14 Thanx! May be to understand more about the command verb! Identify and Explaining how :vice-versa answering I guess because no one can get this task 3 significant below marks on serious note. I think much improvement can be done better on feedback remarks assessment based on individuals exams in future more especially for Distance learners!1

I’m planning on studying ACCA next. Only thing is I’m not going to be able to self study it, so waiting for the pandemic to clear before spending anything on a learning provider! What about you?0 -
that's good to hear, I don't think I have heard of CIPFA before but good thing.. I have been working in finance for the last 5 years and I don't know if just stop for now or continue with something like ACCA or CIMAIshrat said:> @fedemenni said:
