Is the Osborne Tutorial for Elements of Costing incomplete?

I'm sat here doing the question bank and there's questions about whether something is planning, decision making or control. There are also questions about the purpose of accounting, terms such as sole trader and limited company among others that simply have not been covered. Or am I missing something?
