VAT reclaim on fuel privately purchased by employee

Hi!

Could I please have some help? I am not sure how to calculate just the cost of fuel for business use on fuel purchased by employee for a business car. Employee claimed fuel cost through AMAP and provided receipts. It's for hybrid car.

I would appreciate your help.
