Hello there my fellow friends,
Payment in advance £2500 for 5 installment.
Lease-term is for 5 years with a fair value of £10,000.
Interest rate implicit 12.6%.
What is the lease liability beginning of the year.
Interest payment is an expense or current liability.
Can anyone explain this for me ?
