Hi everyone
I will be grateful if someone answers my question. One person has set up a limited company in the UK last year. The company has just one director with no employees. That company worked like other limited companies. Now he is going to provide his services just for one client through his limited company full time. please let me know what action does he have to do? what will happen for the company corporation tax and companies annual account?
Thanks a lot
