AAT Level 4 - Optional Units

Good Morning, I am currently studying towards my Level 4 AAT, and need to decide which optional unit to take as my last one. I have already done ETAU, so just need one. Based on the timetables and when I can study, I am looking at either PLTX or BSTX. Has anyone done either of these, what do they entail, and which would you recommend I take?
