Is anyone having the same problem as me at the moment.
I have a couple of now irate clients who can't open a Ltd company bank account. One of my clients have a £15k cheque to bank but it's in the company name and he's just received a letter from the bank refusing his application.
The other is still using his self employed bank account until he can sort something out.
Barclays and TSB aren't taking any appointments to open accounts.
Has anyone come across this problem recently.

Have they tried one of the challenger banks, Starling seems to be open to new business. They are FSCS protected. Can pay cheques in online. Can link to cloud accounting. Worth a try.0
