Career & practice advice

Hi.
Would really appreciate some advice here.
To date I have completed IAB levels 1 - 3, AAT accountancy level 2, and passed AAT level 3 in the summer with merit. However I am not in a position in my job to put what I have learnt into practice, and after a discussion with my manager, there isn't any scope for movement. Obviously with the current job market, there probably won't be much around at the moment, but with how hard I have worked to gain my qualifications I do not want to forget / get out of the knack of everything I have learnt. Apart from the AAT practice assessments does anyone else know of anything online where I can practice, or any other ways that I can keep my skills up to date?
