Is there much difference between the Excel 2010 and Excel 2013 chapters?

Hi all,
I am currently studying spreadsheets for accounting at home. In this module there are two chapters for Excel 2010 and two chapters for Excel 2013. Chapters 1 and 3 are Introduction to spreadsheets and chapters 2 and 4 are more advanced spreadsheet techniques. My question is, is there any point in reading all four chapters as they seem pretty much the same? Also, are there any major differences that I need to be aware of? I would appreciate any advice.
Kind regards,
Christopher
