please could someone help me work out this question and the workings please

Hi Aliyah,
Firstly calculate the number of hours required for production.....32,600 units / 4 units per hour = 8,150 hours required.
Next calculate basic hours available. 2 weeks of 56 staff working 37 hours and 2 weeks of 53 staff working 37 hours.........(112 * 37) + (106 * 37) = 8,066 hours.
The number of overtime hours required is 8,150 - 8,066 = 84 hours.
