Has anyone been through the End Point Assessment process for the level 2 apprentices?
If so do you have an example of what your apprentices wrote on the Accounts-Finance-Assistant-apprenticeship-portfolio-evidence document where it states they have to write between 100 - 200 words Reflection on criteria.
I have 4 Apprentices now at this point and do not want to give them the wrong advice.
