Advice for a small ltd company

I have been asked if I know anywhere a small company can go for advice on the submission of final accounts - with a view to cease trading.
This company has been hit by the IR35 scheme and covid, and after running at a loss for 2 years, they feel that they can't continue.
I have heard of pro-bono schemes within the accounting world, but I wondered if anybody knew of anywhere else I could send them?
Any help would be much appreciated.
