Hi,
I have a client who is not responding to my email and phone call. I know him very well and I am sure he will blame me once he receive the penalty. Can you advice me how to deal with this situation and I am ready to terminate him. Can you advise me please

I would suggest sending a letter by the "signed for" service asking the client to contact you. Takes about a day to get there and you would have a signature to confirm reciept. Possibly outline the time to deadline in the letter but not sure what more you can do for an unresponsive client and not sure what you can get blamed for if there is no response to communications.
