How can I download Surpass Viewer onto my Ipad (9th Generation)?

I recently purchased an Ipad (9th Generation) to work on Business Tax (Professional Level). I can access the Greenlight exercises but am unable to download Surpass Viewer to look at the mock assessments. Has anyone experienced the same problem and, if so, what did you do to overcome it please?
