Fuel card - Repaying personal mileage back to the business
We have an employee who gets a car allowance opposed to a company car, he is provided a fuel card which is used for both private and business miles, which rate should he repay his private mileage back to the company at?

You know his private mileage and you know the fuel cost, so just let him reimburse you for the actual cost of the fuel he used.0
