Hi there,
Am I being extremely stupid or clearly over thinking this?
Osborne Work Book, assessment 1, task 1 (b).
Units Fixed cost£ Variable costs£
8,500 25,000 46,750
14,000 31,500 76,000
The fixed part is 25,000 (how do you get this)
I've got all the other parts of the question correct apart from this bit.
Deduct the variable part from the total cost = fixed cost. However, I don't appear to get 25,000!
Any help on this would be much appreciated
Thanks,
