UACS exam setting the dates

Hello,
The practice assessment says set the System Software date as 30 June and set the Financial Year to start on 1 June of the current year.
My first question is, what is meant by the system software date in Sage? There is Year End date and Accounts Start date.
The second question is, that we cannot set this as the current year, since 1 June hasn't passed, right?
