Simple definition of 'custodian Trustee' of a Charitable Trust

Is anyone able to help me to pin down the definition of 'Custodian Trustee' of a charitable Trust? I think it means any person whose name is on the title to an asset of the Trust eg bank account - can anyone confirm if that is correct?

@Jaffacake You are on the right lines. Unincorporated associations cannot own property etc. so they normally appoint a person to hold the asset on their behalf.0
