Surpass Viewer not showing practice assessment

Hi, trying to do a practice assessment, surpass viewer loads but then it's just a blank white screen. Tried a few different practice ones and still the same result... Is anyone else experiencing this?

AQ2022 Have moved to a different exam provider, (not surpass) may this be the cause of this?0
