Bookkeeping level 2 to Accounting level 2

I am due to study bookkeeping level 2 at a local college soon, and was wondering if it made sense for me to simultaneously study level 2 accounting, just without the intro to bookkeeping and principles of bookkeeping units, or should I just wait to complete it, and then do accounting level 2? Is there anything that I am misunderstanding? Thanks
