Selling my accounts practice - Please help!!!

I'm based in Sheffield with a small accounts practice. I currently have 2 girls working for me. Me and my husband have decided to move to Canada!!!

I am now looking at selling the business and I honestly do not know where to start! I have found a broker who I'm booked in for a meeting to discuss but I'm terrified.

Has anyone sold a business on here or know some one who has? Any advise will be brilliant good or bad!
