Level 4 Synoptic- reconciling errors questions HELP!

Hi Everyone, I am revising for my level 4 synoptic and I have a problem with first part. I can’t get my head around questions regarding reconciliation errors. Can anyone can help me to understand that? I still have my all BPP books from level 2 and 3 so maybe there will be an answer? PLEASE HELP ??
