Allocation all freight costs

Hello I have a question I have small excel exercise with freight costs.
1. Use the report from the 'Data' tab for the journal preparation.
2. Allocate all freight costs related to product BA20031.
3. Move all the freight cost form GL account 6701101, 6701102 and 6701103 to 6701999
4. Use ‘Journal’ tab to create the posting proposal.

I cannot past excel here but table looks like that and have over 400 lines.Could you tell me the formula or how to calculated freight costs based on only Value and total quantity ?

The rest of the values are G/l account/ document number nothing special hte only two columns I can use to calculate this is Value and total quantity but still I don't know aboud freight costs

    Hi,

    Do you think you could post the excel spreadsheet on here (the excel document). Just makes it easier to understand by seeing it. I could give it a try no gurantee haha

    I cannot attach an excel here there is no option of attachment just some url that is why i shorten this exclen values to 2 important columns like total quantity and value the rest of is some reference numbers,dates,other key numbers for smth but nothing specific as numbers
