Exact same questions on synoptic resit

Hello,
I resat my level 3 synoptic today and it was word for word the same 6 questions as the exam I took for my first attempt. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I was hoping to start afresh and even studied the topics that weren't on the first exam purposely as I thought there would be more chance of them coming up on the resit. Needless to say anyway I think I'll be undertaking my third attempt ?
