Help needed - Login error - Cookie `prod-aws` was not found

I have followed the instructions titled "Accessing Learning Portal" on the login page of the website. However, after deleting cookies and cache, I still can't get into the learning portal.
I'm using Firefox. I have been able to get into the learning portal through brave browser, but I'd rather not have to keep switching browsers.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
