If I don’t finish submitting the exam will it automatically submit my work once the time has run out

I have taken my level 3 synoptic today and I clicked submit with 2 seconds left, but then the tickbox appears asking you to agree or accept (can’t remember which), but before I could click that the timer ran out and I got the times up message. Will my exam be submitted automatically or will I have to retake it as I didn’t submit it myself?
