Correct me if I am wrong however this is how I would work it out: Firstly work out sales: (Units sold x (budget sales/ budget sold) = 3000*15=4500)) next materials = ((3500*1.5) *1.80) = 9450) Next Labour = 875 hours (3500/4) so 800x12= 9600 + 1350 = 10950 Next Variable production = 1750 ((20000/40000) * 3500) & fixed =18,0000
