Sage & Starling Bank feed

I have a client who banks with Starling. From last week, when he had to reauthorise the bank feed, I'm getting very little detail on the transactions coming through and its knocked out all of the rules I had set up. He's sent through his bank statements so I can now see what they are, but going forward that's a bit of a pain.
Has anyone else experienced this or got any advice? Many thanks
