Hi,

Has anyone sat the BUAW exam recently or studying now?
How are you finding it as distance learner?
Is there a way to find out about past papers questions to give more insight into exam.
I ve a playlist of youtube videos which I intend to listen amd make some notes.

If someone has recenly gone though this exam, please share your thoughts on how did you manage time and 8 questions.

Good luck mate, I think you will need it.
Missed 40 minutes of the exam, and there were technical issues. AAT have increased my mark by 2%.
Those YT videos are useless trust me.
I think there are 11 videos or something.
The exam is no where near like the AAT assessments online.

Just bought the notes a day ago!
Not until December. There is lot of language in this exam,business kind of language.
Looking at the mocks, it looks like mix of not much language intensive . However,
Those true false kind of questions, not really like them. Not straight forward language AAT like to use.
Got 70 percent in TPFB when I was hoping for 95%

Which exam are you preparing next? MATS would be my next one to finish off level 3 Q2022.

85 in tax processes, 81 in FPAS, 81 Mats and business awareness ?

I can give you advice, the MATS exam excel is nothing like the real one. The excel on the AAT website is a lot easier. Go onto AAT 3 spreadsheets yt. This guy helped me out a lot because my excel was not very good.

For the business awareness, not sure what advice to give you. Just prepare to expect the unexpected.

There is 11 videos by first intuition. Tbh, they were helpful. Enter YT business awareness 2022 aat. It is a guy for the first few videos. He is boring but worth it.

Post about this MATS excel please in detail whenever. I think I m fairly good in excel
but hey its always better to learn more.

At the moment I ve First Intuition notes. I do want to read another publication too for BUAW.

Would you recommend BPP or KapLan .
I used Kaplan exam kit for FAPS and TPFB alongwith FI notes.

BPP is the best by far, cause the college provide it to our class.
Got 78 and 2% will be added so it will rise to 80 in my business awareness. I’m really happy considering the difficulty of it.

Actually those 11 YT videos under first intuition on business awareness are actually vital to watch for anyone prior to doing the exam.
