An upcoming firm which is authorised and regulated by the ICAEW is looking for an Accounts Assistance.

Key Result Areas are as follows:

1) Analysing and compiling reports using source documents provided by clients.

2) Bank reconciliations

3) Payroll processing.

4) Sourcing clients following a prescribed marketing strategy. You must be good at talking and convincing clients.

5) Understanding and ensuring that specific needs of each client are timely provided.

6) Checking that clients are happy with the quality of services provided.

7) Feeding to managers all complaints from clients.

Initially the role will be part time, actual hours and rates to be discussed in an interview. For the right candidate both the salary and hours will be increased as the practice grows.

Qualifications and experience we are expecting are as follows:

1) We are looking for candidates who have just completed or are in the process of acquiring accounting professional qualifications. Full training will be provided.

2) Excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be able to establish good relationships with our clients and colleagues.

3) MS Excel skills are preferred but training will be provided.

4) Initiative skills and an ability to think outside the box.
