Looking for a license MAAT for continuity of practice

Hello all licensed members carrying out accounting and tax services, I am looking for a member who will be interested in signing a continuity of practice agreement with my small firm. I am currently trading as a franchisee of certax accounting but now going independent. I have very a small block of owner managed UK businesses essentially french speakers. My eventual aim is to move from self employment to take up full time employment as an employee with a larger practice or move to industry. So anybody interested in growing their practice that may be an opportunity.
