I am preparing a set of accounts for someone who started on the 25.09.2022 can I produce a set of accounts to ye 05.04.23 then annually thereafter?

I take it this is a sole trader and not a Company, if so then yes just prepare and submit up to April 5th and then continue using the normal tax years.0
