Unable to access my Level 2 practice assessments, only says access denied!

Help! Trying to access my practice assessments for level 2, and all say access denied when I quick on them. Tried Chrome, and downloading surpass viewer, nothing has worked. Anyone have any suggestions?

Those assessments are useless, from my opinion. They are way easier and the questions are not the same either.0
