Can anyone help. I'm using a Mac downloaded all the plug ins and extensions, no joy, followed up with the troubleshoot guide and am unable to access MATS Practice Assessment via AAT Portal. Got my exam next weekend!!

As a work around ( at least for tasks 1 and 4 ) print out in pdf the mock exam. Do the questions closed book and check your answers. With the Excel and plug in problems, did you try and change browser ?

AAT provided an update of sorts to the issues with the Excel part of the MATS exam ... -
"AAT has told PQ magazine that it
has now “sorted a resolution for
    the AQ2022 assessment issues”.
It added: “The final update has
    rectified the issue with loading
    InApplication questions on tasks 5
    and 6 for MATS.”
This means that the MATS preassessment checks will open Excel
    prior to the assessment starting
and allow any pop-ups to be
    accepted and closed. This replaces
    the manual solution previously
    communicated.
    This improvement, says AAT,
will reduce the occurrence of time
out messages and provide a better
    experience for students. "

Thanks all. I've been able to do previous assessments on Mac. I've also tried on a windows PC, no joy. Hopefully the latest updates will be successful.

In other news, I did the MATS exam yesterday and the exam centre hadn't renewed their Excel licence, so when me and another examinee got to task 5 we couldn't do it. So we have to resit the whole exam again! Can't make it up.

I had to do it twice as well. Excel tasks 5 to 6, were not working and they only increased my mark by 2% considering I missed out 32 marks.

    Hi all

You can find detailed instructions for installation and the minimum specifications required below but also, please see the screenshot below for the relevant information applicable to MATS practice assessments.

    https://www.aat.org.uk/assessment/atlas-cloud/support

We recommend Chrome as the supported browser to access the practice assessments. Only an installed version of Microsoft Office can launch the InApplication questions so as a result, Mac devices are not supported for the MATS assessment sadly.

If you've got any queries related to the technical side of assessments and our platforms, I'd recommend sending our customer support team an email and they should be able to help out. Their email address is customersupport@aat.org.uk

Like AAT mentioned, you can contact them. They'll send you the pdf and excel documents to be able to do the mock. It definitely doesn't work on MACs.
